is managed by Versus Company

1. Acceptance
By filling out the order form and pressing send, client agrees to these terms and gives VERSUS COMPANY and it's affiliates permission to continue with the discussed assignment.

2. Consent to use Artwork
VERSUS COMPANY is not responsible for images used for project or images provided by Client.
VERSUS COMPANY assumes consent was given to Client or the work assigned is original.
CLIENT EXPESSLY AGREES THAT IT WILL HOLD VERSUS COMPANY HARMLESS FOR ALL
LIABILITY CAUSED BY THE CLIENT’S USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

3. Third Party Acknowledgement
VERSUS COMPANY holds the right to involve a third party for the sole purpose of services needed for project completion.

4. Cancellation
The Client holds the right to cancel a project at anytime by agreeing to the following terms.
DESIGN ORDERS - Before the flyer is posted to the website, Client holds the right to cancel the projectto receive a full refund. Once flyer has posted to the website, payments are non-refundable.
DESIGN ORDERS - A non-refundable design labor fee is applied to all orders. This fee must be paid before any project is started. This amount will be applied to any outstanding balances when order is completed.
PRINTING ORDERS - If the project is cancelled after proof approval or if Client selects to by-pass approval process and then chooses to cancel for any reason, a 50% fee of the total balance will be charged and shall be paid by the Client in full. In the event of cancellation VERSUS COMPANY retains ownership of all artwork.
Once project is printed. Client is responsible for FULL balance.

5. Shipping and Delivery
VERSUS COMPANY will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall VERSUS COMPANY be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

All customers agree not to hold VERSUS COMPANY liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other act of GOD. VERSUS COMPANY is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments..

6. Acceptance of Terms
Filling out the order form and pressing the send button shall evidence the acceptance of these terms.
